How this site is made

The site is built with Astro. It is built from a git server at home and served from home hardware, in a house with its own solar and battery.

Pages make no requests to other sites. Fonts, scripts, styles and images all come from this one address. Search runs in your browser against an index built with the site.

Each page shows when it was written and last checked, and a stage: field note (first-hand, may be revised), working (checked, with open questions), settled (checked against the records).
